2019 Spring Meeting - March 3, 2019 | Best Western - Leesburg

Due to a change in circumstances, I had to move our Spring Meeting on March 3rd to the Best Western in Leesburg VA (726 East Market St  Leesburg VA 20176)
I currently have 9 rooms reserved at $109 (tax not included), please ask for the VADA/Nova room block to receive this discounted room fee, phone 703-777-9400.
We will start promptly at 9:30 am and should be finished by 3:00 pm.  I will have coffee and light breakfast food available and you may email me you lunch order (Panera offering listed below). The cost is $17 per person and you may pay online (on the drop down list, choose the Spring Meeting Lunch – Meal $17)  or at the meeting (cash or check only).
This is a VERY IMPORTANT BUSINESS meeting!  We will be voting on the 2020 USDF Region 1 and CBLM Championship.  All Participating member delegates and GMO representatives should be present.

Panera Luncheon offerings for pre-order:
1 – Steak & Arugula Sandwich Boxed Lunch:
Seared grass-fed steak, arugula, vine-ripened tomatoes, pickled onions, garlic and herb cream cheese spread and mustard horseradish sauce on Sourdough. Served with chips, pickle & a cookie.
2 – Roasted Turkey, Apple & Cheddar Sandwich Boxed Lunch:
Roasted turkey raised without antibiotics, Vermont white cheddar, fresh apple and cabbage slaw, arugula and mustard horseradish sauce on Cranberry Walnut Bread. Served with chips, pickle & a cookie.
3 – Asian Sesame Salad with Chicken Boxed Lunch:
All-natural, antibiotic-free chicken, romaine lettuce, fresh cilantro, sliced almonds, sesame seeds, crispy wonton strips & our reduced-sugar Asian sesame vinaigrette. Served with baguette & a cookie. Served with baguette & a cookie.
4 – Greek Salad Boxed Lunch (vegetarian):
Romaine, vine-ripened tomatoes, feta, red onions and kalamata olives with salt and pepper tossed with Greek dressing. Served with baguette & a cookie.

USDF Region 1 was created when USDF started the geographically-based region system. Originally encompassing Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia, in the late 1980s, USDF determined that Region 1 was too large, and it was split into what is currently Region 1 (Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Virginia) and Region 8 (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont).
